"Bloom Where You Are Planted"

Updated: Jul 9

“But forget all that—    it is nothing compared to what I am going to do.19 For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.  Isaiah 43:18-19 NLT

God is going to give you refreshing, renewal, and restoration. God is going to refresh our souls.

My sister this is your season that God wants to provide transformation through restoration. You are probably wondering, “What do you mean this is my season?” I will pause for a moment and talk to you about looking at life through seasons.

Winter season is the harsh tough season. The season when you are facing trials and tribulations.  The season of distress when God is testing you.  It is the season that God is using to mold and shape you.  The winter season is the season that God uses to teach perseverance.

Spring season is the season of refreshing and renewal.

Summer season is when you are sowing and planting.

Fall season is the reaping and harvest season.

You have heard of the circle of life, well I like to call these, “the seasons of life”.

Blooming has to do with trust. Blooming where you are planted means that when situations or circumstances change, I remain the same.  I remain the same because I trust God. Faith pleases God. You are to bloom where you're planted while trusting God.  My sister be strong God is going to heal, refresh, renew, revive, and restore.

Here is my challenge for you for the next month. This is what you should do for the next few months. First, love yourself, that is part of restoration and renewal. Take yourself on a personal self-journey.  Ask God, “ What do I do in this season? How do I bloom where I'm planted?”  Ask God to lead you and help you define your gifts, talents, and purpose. Give God space to work out the renewal and restoration in your life.  He has a plan for your life.

"For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord.

“They are plans for good and not for disaster,

to give you a future and a hope.  Jeremiah 29:11 NLT

Through faith trust God. God is a God of time, duration, and direction.  Rejoice, my sister, you are being renewed and restored.  Just keep blooming where you are planted!!

His Love and MINE,

Shemeca
