Can you believe we’re already in the fifth month of the year? May is here—flowers are blooming, birds are singing, and beauty is all around us.
This month, we take time to show gratitude and honor to the incredible women in our lives—our mothers. As a woman, I encourage you to extend that same kindness and honor to yourself. Let this be the month you forgive yourself. Release the bitterness, hurt, and anger that may have built up over time. Breathe deeply. Let it go and let God. He is still in control, and all He asks is that we trust Him fully.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him,And He shall direct your paths.— Proverbs 3:5–6 (NKJV)
This verse is my guiding scripture for the year, and I pray it brings you the same comfort and clarity it brings me. As you release your burdens, anxieties, and cares, trust that God is ready to pour out His favor and blessings over your life.
